What fees are associated with safe deposit boxes?
The following are additional fees that can be associated with your safe deposit box.- Safe deposit box drilling fee is market cost, with a minimum of $225
- Safe deposit box late fee costs $20 per occurrence
- Safe deposit box key replacement fee costs $50
- Keys cannot be replaced if both are lost. If both keys are lost, the lock must be drilled and a drilling fee will be applied
- Safe deposit access card costs $15

However, when traveling out of state we'll continue to monitor your account for suspicious activity. How do I stop a Bill Pay check that has already sent?
A Bill Pay check can be stopped, in some cases, if it has not yet been deposited and paid. Contact us for assistance in stopping a bill pay you do not want us to pay.
Our regular stop payment fee will apply.
Please note that we can only place stop payments on Bill Pay items which are sent as paper checks. We cannot place stop payments on Bill Pay items which are sent to the payee through electronic (ACH) deposit.
