How To Re-Enroll

Members who accessed their accounts online prior to November 8, 2022, will need to re-enroll to start using Digital Banking. Choose to re-enroll online or through the mobile app and you’ll be all set!

Re-enroll Online

You can easily re-enroll online by following these steps:

  1. Visit Landmarkcu.com/Login
  2. Click "Re-enroll Online" button
  3. Enter Username and Social Security Number or Tax ID number
  4. Verify your identity via a one time passcode, which can be sent over text, voice call or email
  5. Create a new password (but you can choose to enter your current password if you want to keep it)
  6. You are now successfully enrolled

Get the New Mobile App

Starting November 8, current mobile app users will need to download or update their current app to access the new mobile app.

Apple iPhone or iPad Instructions

If you have automatic updates turned on, you won’t need to do anything! If not, you’ll need to manually update your app within the App Store.

Android Instructions

Delete your current Landmark Credit Union mobile app and install a new version of the app from the Play Store.

After updating or downloading the new mobile app you’ll be able to re-enroll by following these steps:

  1. Login to mobile app using your current username and password.
  2. Verify your identity via a one time passcode, which can be sent over text, voice call or email.
  3. Create a new password (but you can choose to enter your current password if you want to keep it.)
  4. You are now successfully enrolled.
