Visa Traditional Card Benefits

The following benefits are exclusive to Visa Rewards holders.


Travel Accident Insurance provides Visa cardholders and their families with automatic common-carrier accidental death and dismemberment coverage every time they use their Visa card to purchase travel tickets. This coverage provides cardholders with valuable security and peace of mind, as well as an additional reason to use their Visa card for travel-related purchases.


Travel and Emergency Assistance offers services for all valid Visa cardholders designed to help you in case of an emergency while traveling. The Benefit Administrator can connect you with the appropriate local emergency and assistance resources available when you are away from home, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are a wide range of emergency services available to valid cardholders when you are away, including medical referral, lost luggage locator service and prescription assistance. 

Travel and Emergency Assistance Services provide assistance and referral only. You are responsible for the cost of any actual medical, legal, transportation, cash advance, or other services or goods provided.

To unlock this superhero-like coverage, you need to purchase either a portion or the entire cost of the item using your Landmark Visa credit card and/or rewards program associated with your covered credit card.

Our Extended Protection doubles the time of the original manufacturer’s written U.S. repair warranty, providing an additional year for eligible warranties of three years or less. This applies to items bought entirely with your eligible Visa card and/or rewards points earned on your covered account.

As an added benefit for Landmark Visa® Signature credit card members, when You take a trip and pay for the entire cost of Common Carrier tickets with your eligible Visa card, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement if your checked luggage or carry-on baggage and/or its contents are lost due to theft or misdirection by the carrier. Contents are covered up to $3,000.00 maximum per trip.

  • To view your credit card statement online, log in to Digital Banking. Find your credit card account on your dashboard, and click "View Transactions."

  • Online Credit Card Payment Options
    One of the easiest ways you can make a credit card payment is through Digital Banking or our mobile app.

    Make a credit card payment with funds in your Landmark account.
    Online
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate the "Move Money" tab from the main navigation and select "Make a Transfer."
    • Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a from and to account, click "Transfer Funds" and finally "Confirm Transfer."
    Mobile App
    • Log into the Mobile App.
    • Tap "Make a transfer" in the bottom navigation.
    • To make a one-time payment, choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap "Transfer" and finally tap "Confirm Transfer."
    To set up a recurring payment, tap the "schedule" toggle at the top and then "schedule a transfer." Then you will be able to choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap "transfer" and finally tap "confirm transfer."
    Make a credit card payment with funds from another financial institution.
    Online
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click the name of your credit card account.
    • Click the "Pay your bill now" link. It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.

    Mobile App
    • Log into the Mobile App.
    • Click the name of your credit card account.
    • Click the "Pay your bill now" link. It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.

    Other Payment Options

    Branch
    You can pay in person at a branch lobby or drive-thru.

    Phone Use
    Phone Banking to easily make loan payments from your phone.

    You can also set up a recurring payment by filling out the Automatic Credit Card Payment Request form and mailing it to the address listed above.
  • If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact credit card customer service immediately, signature 855-340-8778 (for cash back credit cards only) and non-signature 866-952-8199, to report that the card is no longer in your possession and request a new card.

    You can also call our Credit Card Department directly at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609 during our regular business hours to request a replacement card. You can also visit one of these branch locations to get a replacement credit card the same day (only available for Cash Back and Rewards Credit Cards):
  • If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact credit card customer service immediately at 866-952-8199 or 855-340-8778 for Cash Back Credit Cards only. You can report that the card is no longer in your possession and request a new card. Misplaced your card? Utilize Card Management via Digital Banking to lock your debit or credit card when misplaced or stolen, set spending limits or even set location preferences.
