    How can I replace my debit card or credit card?

    Replace Your Card at a Branch

    If you need to replace your debit or credit card (Cash Back and Rewards Credit Cards only), you can get a same-day replacement at any Landmark branch.

    Replace Your Card by Phone

    Debit Card

    Contact our Member Experience Center to request a replacement debit card. 

    Credit Card

    You can contact our Credit Card Department during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) to request a replacement card. It generally takes 7-10 business days to receive a replacement card in the mail.

    Report and Replace a Lost or Stolen Card

    If your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately using the appropriate number below.

    Is there a grace period on my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)?

    A HELOC does not have a grace period. Payments must be received by the first of each month.

    Yes, we partner with a company called Elavon to enable members with business accounts to accept various forms of credit card and gift card payment. Please contact us or visit one of our branches to learn more.

    Do I have to be a current member to apply for a credit card?

    You do not have to be a current member to apply for a credit card. If approved, you will be asked to establish a membership by opening a $5 VIP Savings account before the card is ordered. This account will need to remain open throughout the time you have the credit card.
