Yes! Making a payment is easy through Landmark's Digital Banking(online or mobile app). If you aren’t registered for Digital Banking, you can also make a one-time payment using an external bank account or debit card.
Make a Payment in Digital Banking Online- Log in to your Digital Banking account.
- Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
- Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
- Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Choose your loan from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
- Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Add a memo, if you like.
- Click the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap the "Transfers" icon on the bottom navigation.
- Tap the "Make a Transfer" image.
- Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Choose your loan from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
- Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Add a memo, if you like. -Tap the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and then tap the "Submit Transfer" button. Please note that for same-day loan payments, they must be received by 7:30 p.m. Central Time. Payments received after this time will be credited the next day. Late payment fees will be assessed on the last day of the grace period as of the cutoff time.
- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
- From the “Funding Account Details” drop-down, select “New Bank Account.”
- Enter your account information.
- Select the payment date.
- From the “Payment Details” drop-down, choose your payment amount.
- Select the “Continue” button.
- Review your payment details.
- Select the “Confirm” button.
- Once you see the successful payment confirmation, you can choose between the options “Make Another Payment” or “End My Session.”
Please note that you well be charged a $5.95 processing fee if you choose this payment method.- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

Make a Credit Card Payment in Digital Banking- Log in to your Digital Banking account.

To find your current loan payoff amount within Digital Banking:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Click on your loan account from the dashboard
- Click the "Account Details" tab, and you'll see an "Estimated Loan Payoff Amount"

Online- Log in to your Digital Banking account

- Select your auto loan account from the "To Account" drop-down -Choose the payment amount

One-time Online Payment
Make a One-time Guest Payment Using an External Bank Account- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

- Enter your account information.
- Select the payment date.
- From the “Payment Details” drop-down, choose your payment amount.
- Select the “Continue” button.
- Review your payment details.
- Select the “Confirm” button.

You have multiple options for paying your vehicle loan payment:
- Digital Banking: Access your account through Digital Banking to make a payment.
- One-time Guest Payment: Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
- Branch Visit: Visit any of our branches to make your payment.
- Mail Payment: Mail your payment to: Landmark Credit Union P.O. Box 510910 New Berlin, WI 53151-0910
- Please write your loan account number in the memo section of your check so we know where the payment needs to be posted. Your loan account number can be found in the vehicle loan welcome letter that was mailed to you.

If you have made your regular monthly payment, you may make a separate payment to principal only within the same billing cycle. Alternatively, you can add the additional amount that you'd like applied towards principal to your regular mortgage payment and indicate how the additional amount should be applied.
Please indicate your request in the memo portion of your check or notify the teller handling your transaction in the branch, or choose the principal only option through Digital Banking.
