Thanksgiving Giveaway Rules
The following rules apply to the Thanksgiving Giveaway (“Giveaway”) presented by Landmark Credit Union (“Landmark”).
By entering this Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and should carefully read them before entering. The promotional sponsors of the Giveaway are Landmark Credit Union, 555 South Executive Drive, Brookfield, WI 53005 (“Landmark”) and Sendik’s Food. Markets, LLC, 7225 West Marcia Road, Milwaukee, WI 53223 ("Sendik's") The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel.
Giveaway Description & Eligibility: NO PURCHASE / PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. One hundred (100) winners will receive gift cards with a total value of $50, consisting of one (1) $25 Landmark gift card and one (1) $25 Sendik’s gift card, (the “Prize”). Prize winners will be randomly chosen from all persons who timely submit valid entries to win our on our website during the giveaway period at landmarkcu.com/thanksgiving-giveaway/ or by mail as provided in the “How to Enter” section, below. Entries received via landmarkcu.com/thanksgiving-giveaway/ or by mail by 12:00 a.m. central time on November 15, 2024 will be entered to win.
The Giveaway is open to individuals age 18 and over at the time of the prize drawing who reside in Wisconsin. Landmark and Sendik’s employees and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE AN INDIVIDUAL'S CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of being selected as a Giveaway winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Only one entry per person.
How to Enter: You will be entered into the giveaway when you submit an entry either: a) online at landmarkcu.com/thanksgiving-giveaway; or b) by mailing a 3” x 5” card containing your name and address. Providing your phone number and email are optional and will only be used to contact you if your entry is returned or if you win and we need to notify you. Mail entries to: Landmark Credit Union, Attn: Thanksgiving Giveaway, P.O. Box 510870, New Berlin, WI 53151.
Entrants may enter only by using the entry methods described in these rules. Use of any device, code, or other means to automate entry is prohibited. Winners will be selected by Landmark by a randomized selection from among all qualified entries received by 12:00 a.m. central time on November 15, 2024. The prize drawing will be held on November 15, 2024. If a selected winner is ineligible, the Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by another randomized selection from all remaining eligible entries. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes and expenses, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local sales, income taxes, luxury taxes, and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the Prize. No Prize substitutions or cash equivalent of Prize is permitted.
Contacting Winners: If we mail your Prize to the address stated on your entry and it is returned to us for any reason, we will attempt to contact you using the optional email or phone number you provided. If no email or phone was provided, or if you do not respond to an attempt to contact you by telephone or email within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected by another randomized selection from all remaining eligible entries.
General Conditions: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Landmark, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Giveaway. The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, as applicable. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants further grant to Landmark the right to use and publish their proper name and location of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Giveaway. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Landmark to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Landmark, Sendik’s, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or any Prize won. Landmark reserves the right to terminate all giveaway at any time without notice. If Landmark determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Giveaway or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Giveaway, Landmark reserves the right to void the entries at issue and/or suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway.
Limitation of Liability. Landmark is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Landmark reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway as determined by Giveaway in its sole discretion.
Cancellation: If for any reason beyond the control of Landmark the Giveaway is unable to be held, or for any cause affecting the Giveaway’s operability, fairness, integrity, or accuracy, Landmark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway without notice.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Landmark Credit Union website (landmarkcu.com).
