How do I get my Social Security check automatically deposited into my account?
You can begin having your check deposited directly to your account by calling Social Security at 1-800-772-1213. You can also visit their website. You will need to provide your full account number.

Can I open additional or new accounts online?
Yes, you can open a new account online. You will be asked to verify your membership eligibility, enter your personal information and select all the type(s) of account(s) you would like to open. If you have questions about the process or need additional assistance, please contact us. -

Do I need to notify Landmark before traveling out of state?
With our improved fraud detection from Landmark and Visa, you no longer have to call when you're traveling within the United States. However, when traveling out of state we'll continue to monitor your account for suspicious activity. We still recommend that you notify us when you're traveling out of the country with your Landmark debit or credit card. Please contact us. -

Visit any of our branch locations , or contact us for assistance with changing your direct deposit. You can also consult your employer's payroll department to see if they have their own direct deposit change forms.
