Do I need to notify Landmark before traveling out of state?
With our improved fraud detection from Landmark and Visa, you no longer have to call when you're traveling within the United States. However, when traveling out of state we'll continue to monitor your account for suspicious activity. We still recommend that you notify us when you're traveling out of the country with your Landmark debit or credit card. Please contact us. -

Where can I get a form to change my direct deposit?
Visit any of our branch locations , or contact us for assistance with changing your direct deposit. You can also consult your employer's payroll department to see if they have their own direct deposit change forms. -

How many accounts can I have?
There is no limit to the number of accounts you can have with Landmark. However, you may not be eligible for certain services, such as debit cards or Premium Overdraft (limited to one checking account), on all your accounts. Certain types of accounts, such as Premium Checking, are limited to one per member. -

How do I deposit a check into my Landmark account if I live outside Wisconsin?
You have two convenient options for depositing a check into your Landmark account.
Option 1: Use Mobile Deposit (Recommended)
Log in to Digital Banking and deposit your check securely using the Landmark mobile app. It’s fast, easy, and can be done from anywhere! Don’t have the app, download it now.


Option 2: Mail Your Check
If you prefer to mail your deposit, include your account number on the memo line and send it to:
