    How do I switch from receiving eDocuments to paper copies of my account statements?

    You can change the delivery method of your statements and notices within Digital Banking. Here's how:
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Hover over "Accounts" in the top navigation.
    • Click "Statements and Documents."
    • In the "Overview" tab, manage your subscription settings.
    Please note that some Landmark accounts offer special rates when you choose electronic delivery. Choosing paper may impact your rate or promotional checking account offer. Refer to our Account Disclosures for more information.

    How do I change the phone number on my account?

    You can update your phone number in Digital Banking or our mobile app.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking.
    • Hover over the "Settings & Support" menu.
    • Click "Settings."
    • Click the "Contact" tab.
    • In the phone numbers section, click the pencil icon next to the phone number you want to update.
    • Enter your phone number.
    • Click the "Save Changes" button.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap the "More" icon in the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Settings."
    • Tap "Contact."
    • Tap the phone number you want to update within the 'Phone Numbers" section.
    • Enter your phone number and tap the "Save Phone" button.

    How can I request a temporary change of address?

    Update Your Address within Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking 
    • Hover over "Settings & Support" in the top navigation
    • Click on "Settings" -Select the "Contact" tab
    • Under the address section, click the pencil icon
    • Update the information to your current address
    • Click the "Save" button
    Update Your Address within the Mobile App
    • Log in to the mobile app
    • Tap your profile image in the upper-right corner
    • Tap "Settings"
    • Tap "Contact"
    • Enter your current address
    • Tap the "Save Address" button
    Update Your Address at a Landmark Branch
    You can complete a change of address request at any of our branches.

    • Tap "Accounts."
    • Tap "Statements and Documents."
    • Tap "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
    • Tap "Subscribe" in the upper-right corner.
    • Review and Accept the user agreement.

    How do I activate my credit card?

    Option 1: Card Management
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Select "Card Management."
    • Select "Manage Cards."
    • Select "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Select "Activate."
    • Select "Done."
    Note: ATM cards are not able to be activated under Card Management in Digital Banking.

    Option 2: Calling the 1-800 sticker attached to the physical card.

    Option 3: By Phone During Business Hours:
    • Call 262-796-4500.
    • Select 3 for credit cards.
    • Select 1 To activate your credit card.
