How can I request a temporary change of address?
You can temporarily update your address a couple different ways. Here's how:
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Select your profile image in the upper-right corner.
- Select "Settings."
- Select "Contact."
- Select the pencil icon next to your address, update it, and select "Save Changes."
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap your profile image in the upper-right corner.
- Tap "Settings."
- Tap "Contact."
- Tap your address, update it and tap "Save Address."
You can complete a change of address request at any branch. -

How do I change the phone number on my account?
You can update your phone number in Digital Banking or our mobile app.
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log in to Digital Banking.
- Hover over the "Settings & Support" menu.
- Click "Settings."
- Click the "Contact" tab.
- In the phone numbers section, click the pencil icon next to the phone number you want to update.
- Enter your phone number.
- Click the "Save Changes" button.
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap the "More" icon in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Settings."
- Tap "Contact."
- Tap the phone number you want to update within the 'Phone Numbers" section.
- Enter your phone number and tap the "Save Phone" button.

How can I sign up for automatic payments?
There are several ways you can set up automatic payments:- Use your Digital Banking account to set up transfers to and from your Landmark accounts/loans or sign up for Bill Pay to pay your creditors from your Landmark Checking Account.
- Print and complete the ACH Authorization form.
- Visit any one of our branches to complete forms
- Contact Us and we mail the forms to you.

How do I receive a copy of my account interest 1099?
Members who earned more than $10.00 of interest during the year will receive a 1099 form in the mail. These forms are postmarked by January 31 of each year.
If you are registered for eDocuments, you can obtain a duplicate copy via Digital Banking by hovering over "Accounts" in the top navigation, clicking on "Statements and Documents" and then clicking on the "Tax Forms" tab.
