    How do I change the phone number on my account?

    You can update your phone number in Digital Banking or our mobile app.

    Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking 
    • Hover over the "Settings & Support" menu
    • Click "Settings"
    • Click the "Contact" tab
    • In the phone numbers section, click the pencil icon next to the phone number you want to update
    • Enter your phone number
    • Click the "Save Changes" button
    Mobile App
    • Log in to the mobile app
    • Tap the "More" icon in the bottom navigation
    • Tap "Settings"
    • Tap "Contact"
    • Tap the phone number you want to update within the 'Phone Numbers" section
    • Enter your phone number and tap the "Save Phone" button If you are locked out of your Digital Banking account, please contact us.

    How do I lock my credit or debit card?

    You can easily lock and unlock your credit or debit card using the Card Management tool in Digital Banking or our mobile app. This allows you to stop all card transactions (except for recurring transactions) when your card is temporarily lost or stolen.

    Misplace your card? Use Card Management in Digital Banking or our mobile app to lock your card.

    Update Your Address within Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking 
    • Hover over "Settings & Support" in the top navigation
    • Click on "Settings" -Select the "Contact" tab
    • Under the address section, click the pencil icon
    • Update the information to your current address
    • Click the "Save" button
    Update Your Address within the Mobile App
    • Log in to the mobile app
    • Tap your profile image in the upper-right corner
    • Tap "Settings"
    • Tap "Contact"
    • Enter your current address
    • Tap the "Save Address" button
    Update Your Address at a Landmark Branch
    You can complete a change of address request at any of our branches.
