    How do I update my email or phone number online?

    You can update your contact information in Digital Banking and our mobile app quickly and easily. 

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Select your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Select "Settings."
    • Select "Contact."
    • Select the pencil icons to edit your contact information.
    • Select "Save Changes."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Tap "Settings."
    • Tap "Contact."
    • Tap any field to update your contact information.
    • Tap "Save."

    How can I get a copy of my statement?

    If you are enrolled in e-statements, you can view and print your statements at no charge within Digital Banking. Otherwise, you can visit any branch to get a printed copy for a nominal fee.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking

    • Hover over "Accounts" in the top navigation.
    • Click "Statements and Documents."
    • Select the "Statements" tab.

    How can I view my monthly statements online?

    How do I get a credit report in Credit Hub?

    You can easily enroll in our credit monitoring service, Credit Hub, through Digital Banking or the mobile app.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate the "Credit Hub" widget on the right side of the page, and click "Show my Score."
    • Accept the disclosures when prompted.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap the "More" icon in the bottom right corner.
    • Expand the "Manage Money & Finances" menu.
    • Tap "Credit Hub."

    How long are rewards points good?

    Rewards points are good for five years from the date they are earned. Points start accumulating as purchases are made using your card. All points will be available for redemption within Digital Banking. Use the following steps to access your points:
