To cancel a recurring loan payment made within Digital Banking, follow these steps:
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate "Move Money" in the top navigation.
- Select "Loan Pay" from the dropdown menu.
- Under "Scheduled loan payments," locate your pending recurring payment.
- Click "Cancel" and then "Cancel Series" to the right of the transfer and confirm.
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap "More" in the bottom navigation, and then "Loan Pay."
- Under "Scheduled loan payments," locate your pending recurring payment.
