How do I set up Two-Factor Authentication in Digital Banking?
Digital Banking - Two-Factor Authentication Steps
To set up two-factor authentication in Digital Banking follow these steps:- Log into Digital Banking.
- Hover over "Settings and Support" tab near the top of the page.
- Select "Settings."
- In the "Settings" tab, near the top of the page, click "Security."
- Under the "Two-Factor Authentication" section, choose to toggle "ON" this feature and require two-factor authentication each time you log into Digital Banking.
- Once the Two-Factor Authentication toggle "ON" option is complete, you will be taken to a verification webpage. This verification webpage will request you to enter your phone number and then request a code be sent to your phone via SMS or 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
- Click "Send Code" button.
- Check your SMS (text) messages or Two-Factor-Authentication app to verify you received the "One-Time Passcode" was sent to your phone.
- Enter the "One-Time Passcode" code and then click on the "Verify" button.
