    How do I make a mortgage payment online?

    You can easily make a Landmark mortgage payment from your account with Landmark or from another financial institution using Digital Banking or the mobile app. Same day mortgage payments must be received by 7:30 p.m. Payments received after this time will be credited the next day. Applicable late payment fees will be assessed on the last day of the grace period as of the cutoff time.

    Make a Loan Payment Online in Digital Banking
    1. Log in to your Digital Banking account.
    2. Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
    3. Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
    4. Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from the drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
    5. Choose your mortgage loan from the "To Account" drop-down.
    6. Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
    7. Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    8. Add a memo, if you like.
    9. Click the "Review Transfer" button.
    10. Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.

    Make a Loan Payment in the Mobile App
    1. Log into the Landmark app from your phone.
    2. Tap the "Move Money" icon on the bottom navigation.
    3. Tap "Pay a Loan."
    4. Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from the drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
    5. Choose your mortgage loan from the "To Account" drop-down.
    6. Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
    7. Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    8. Add a memo, if you like.

    Make a One-time Guest Payment Using an External Bank Account
    1. Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
    2. From the “Funding Account Details” drop-down, select “New Bank Account.”
    3. Enter your account information.
    4. Select the payment date.
    5. From the “Payment Details” drop-down, choose your payment amount.
    6. Select the “Continue” button.
    7. Review your payment details.
    8. Select the “Confirm” button.
    9. Once you see the successful payment confirmation, you can choose between the options “Make Another Payment” or “End My Session.”
    Make a One-time Guest Payment Using an External Bank Account
    Please note that you will be charged a $5.95 processing fee if you choose this payment method.
    1. Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
    2. From the “Funding Account Details” drop-down, select “New Card Account.”
    3. Enter your account information.

    Please note that loan payoffs for your mortgage cannot be made using the "loan pay" within Digital

    I would like to make an extra principal payment on my mortgage. How do I ensure the payment goes to principal only?

    If you have made your regular monthly payment, you may make a separate payment to principal only within the same billing cycle. Alternatively, you can add the additional amount that you'd like applied towards principal to your regular mortgage payment and indicate how the additional amount should be applied.

    Please indicate your request in the memo portion of your check or notify the teller handling your transaction in the branch, or choose the principal only option through Digital Banking.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.

    Proof of insurance must be provided to Landmark. You or your insurance agent must send the declarations page of your policy in one of the following ways:
