    You can check your account balance within your Digital Banking account. You can also use our Phone Banking to check balances, listen to your account history and make transfers.

    Can I stop payment of a check online?

    Most members can complete stop payment requests through Digital Banking using the steps below (please note that this might now apply to all business members).
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • In the top navigation bar, hover over "Accounts" and select "Check Services."
    • Select "New Stop Payment Request."
    • Complete the stop payment request form.
    • Check the "I Agree" box -Select "Submit Request."
    You can also visit one of our branch locations or contact us for assistance. Our current stop payment fee will apply. Stop payment orders are valid for six months and must be renewed after that time period if you want the stop to remain in effect.

    Can I view copies of my cancelled checks online?

    You can view copies of your canceled checks within Digital Banking by clicking on the hyperlinked check number in your checking account history. You can print copies of the check images by using your browser's print function. Please note that you will not be able to view images of checks that were cleared at a Landmark branch or checks that were cleared by the payee electronically. Copies of canceled checks are typically available in Digital Banking for six months. If you need an older check image, please contact us.

    Who do I call for a lost or stolen debit card?

    During regular business hours, please contact us. After hours, please call 877-805-2414. You can also report a lost or stolen debit card by sending us a secure message within Digital Banking or our mobile app.
