How do I stop a Bill Pay check that has already sent?

A Bill Pay check can be stopped, in some cases, if it has not yet been deposited and paid. Contact us for assistance in stopping a bill pay you do not want us to pay.

Our regular stop payment fee will apply.

Please note that we can only place stop payments on Bill Pay items which are sent as paper checks. We cannot place stop payments on Bill Pay items which are sent to the payee through electronic (ACH) deposit.

Do I need to notify Landmark before traveling out of state?

With our improved fraud detection from Landmark and Visa, you no longer have to call when you're traveling within the United States.
