    How do I give my account a nickname in Digital Banking?

    You can change the nickname of an account in Digital Banking using the following steps:
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click on an account from your dashboard.
    • Click the pencil icon next to the account name.
    • Enter your desired nickname.
    • Click "Save."

    How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

    Signing up for Bill Pay is easy!
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click "Bill Pay" tab in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
    Once your application is processed, you can create monthly recurring or single payments to pay your creditors and the money will be deducted directly from your checking account.

    How do I find the payoff amount for my auto loan?

    To find your current loan payoff amount within Digital Banking:
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click on your loan account from the dashboard.
    • Click the "Account Details" tab, and you'll see an "Estimated Loan Payoff Amount."

    Can I select my own personal identification number (PIN) on my VISA® debit or ATM card?

    When you apply for a debit card, you are allowed to select your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). However, this option is not an option for a new ATM card. The PIN for an existing debit card or ATM card can be changed at an original Landmark ATM, but you must know your current PIN to use this feature. Please note that our Mayville branch ATM is currently unable to process this request. If you do not know your current PIN, you would need to reset it through Phone Banking
