    What are the rental fees for safe deposit boxes? 

    The rental fees for safe deposit boxes vary based on the box size. Please note that fees for Landmark safe deposit boxes are subject to change upon renewal. Advance notice will be provided regarding any changes to your rental fees. See the costs for each safe deposit box size below: 

    Standard (24 inches depth):
    • 3" x 5" - $25 per year 
    • 4" x 5" - $25 per year 
    • 5” x 5” - $40 per year 
    • 2” x 10” - $30 per year 
    • 3” x 10” - $35 per year 
    • 5” x 10” - $55 per year 
    • 10” x 10” - $90 per year
    Oconomowoc Branch (14 inches depth):
    • 2" x 10" - $25 per year
    • 4" x 10" - $35 per year
    • 7" x 10" - $50 per year
    • 9" x 10" - $60 per year

    How can I transfer funds between my accounts using Digital Banking?

    Make a Transfer in Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
    • Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
    • Choose a "From Account." (Select "Add Account" to use an external account.)
    • Choose a "To Account" from the drop-down. (Select "Add Account" to use an external account.)
    • Enter the amount of money you want to transfer under "How Much."
    • Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time transfer or set up recurring transfers.
    • Add a memo, if you like.
    • Click the "Review Transfer" button.
    • Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.

    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap the "Move Money" icon on the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Transfer."
    • Choose a "From Account" (Select "Add Account" to use an external account.)
    • Choose a "To Account" from the drop-down. (Select "Add Account" to use an external account.)
    • Enter the amount of money you want to transfer under "How Much."
    • Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time transfer or set up recurring transfers.

    I opened an account to collect charitable contributions. Is there a way for people to donate money online?

    We do not have a system that would allow people to make contributions directly to accounts through a website. However, contributions can be made at any of our branches, through Zelle® ($500 limit) or by mailing to the following address:

    If mailing a contribution, please ensure you include the account number in the memo on the check or provide separate written instructions specifying where the check should be deposited. For our branch locations, please visit our branch locator page.

    Can I stop payment of a check online?

    Most members can complete stop payment requests through Digital Banking using the steps below (please note that this might now apply to all business members).
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • In the top navigation bar, hover over "Accounts" and select "Check Services."
    • Select "New Stop Payment Request."
    • Complete the stop payment request form.
    • Check the "I Agree" box -Select "Submit Request."
    You can also visit one of our branch locations or contact us for assistance. Our current stop payment fee will apply. Stop payment orders are valid for six months and must be renewed after that time period if you want the stop to remain in effect.
