During regular business hours, please contact us. After hours, please call 800-472-3272. You can also report a lost or stolen debit card by sending us a secure message within Digital Banking. Misplaced your card? Utilize Card Management via Digital Banking to lock your debit or credit card when lost or stolen, set spending limits, or even set location preferences.

The length of the hold on the check will depend on the type of check you deposit. If you have any questions about how long your check will be held, you can discuss this with the teller who takes your check at the branch. The length of the hold will also print on your receipt.
