    How do I check my credit card balance?

    You can access your credit card information and make payments online by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking on your credit card account from your dashboard.

    During regular business hours you can call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609.

    Outside of regular business hours, call 866-952-8199 or for Signature credit cards, call the phone number found on the back of your credit card.

    How do I sign up for Landmark Rewards?

    The first step to sign up for Landmark Rewards is to open a Rewards Checking Account or Rewards Credit Card with Landmark.

    To change an existing checking account to a Rewards Checking, simply contact us or visit one of our branches. After receiving your Rewards debit and/or credit card, you'll start earning points on your purchases.

    Points add up fast and can be redeemed for gift cards, travel and merchandise! You can redeem and keep track of points in Digital Banking.

    How do I change my address with Landmark?

    There are several ways to update your address:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking

    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Select your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Select "Settings."
    • Select "Contact."
    • If needed, select the pencil icon next to your address, update it, and select "Save Changes."

    Option 2: Through the Mobile App

    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Tap "Settings."
    • Tap "Contact."
    • If needed, tap your address, update it, and tap "Save Email."

    Option 3: Visit a Branch
    Visit one of our branches to complete a change of information form

    Option 4: Send a Fax
    Send a signed, written request via fax to our Help Desk at 262-799-4580.

    Option 5: Mail Your Request
    Mail a signed written request to:

    How do I pay my auto loan?

    You have multiple options for paying your vehicle loan payment:
    1. Digital Banking: Access your account through Digital Banking to make a payment.
    2. One-time Guest Payment: Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
    3. Branch Visit: Visit any of our branches to make your payment.
    4. Mail Payment: Mail your payment to: Landmark Credit Union P.O. Box 510910 New Berlin, WI 53151-0910
      • Please write your loan account number in the memo section of your check so we know where the payment needs to be posted. Your loan account number can be found in the vehicle loan welcome letter that was mailed to you.

    How do I order awards?

    • Hover over "Accounts" in the top navigation
    • Click on "Card Rewards"
    Mobile App
    • Log in to your mobile app
    • Tap the "More" icon on the bottom right navigation
    • Expand the "Accounts" menu
    • Tap "Card Rewards"
    You can also call Landmark Rewards, powered by ScoreCard Rewards, at 844-783-9779. You may also print an order form. Simply complete the form, including all information requested, and mail to the address printed on the form.

    Travel awards, airline tickets, vacation packages and cruises may be ordered by calling and speaking with a Travel Services Representative at 844-829-2317. You may also use the online travel booking site to obtain select air awards. In addition, you may purchase additional airline tickets and make car and hotel reservations online. If you prefer, Travel Services Representatives can assist with booking both purchased as well as redeemed awards travel items.
