    When are direct deposits posted to my account?

    Direct deposits are posted to your account when we receive the deposit from the initiating company. The initiating company tells us when the funds can be placed into the account, so a deposit can be immediate or can show as pending for 1-2 days before it is released into the account. If you have specific questions about your deposit, please contact us.

    Yes, members who have opted into eDocuments will receive tax forms in both electronic and paper form.

    Night deposits will post the following business day. Please be aware that scheduled withdrawals may be posted prior to night deposit.     We now offer branch appointments for the following services:
    • Opening a checking, savings or certificate account
    • Opening a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Individual Retirement Account (IRA)
    • Opening a business account
    • Renewing a matured certificate
    • Meeting with an Investment Center Consultant
    • Signature Guarantee
    • Specialized Services - including notary services, account changes requiring documentation (marriage, death, divorce, POA, etc.), stop payments, disputes and other complex service-related items
