Do I receive a confirmation that my transfer is complete? How soon after will my transaction post?
You will receive an online confirmation that the transfer is complete, along with a Reference Number, after you select the "Confirm Transfer" button. We use real-time account access, and therefore as soon as you confirm the transaction, it will process. Internal transfers, excluding credit card and mortgage payments, are immediate. Mortgage and credit card accounts, which will not reflect a transfer until the next business day because payments are only processed overnight for these two types of accounts. External transfers may take up to three days to post. We recommend visiting the Account Summary or History page to verify the transfer has taken place. -

How do I know how long my checks are held?
The length of the hold on the check will depend on the type of check you deposit. If you have any questions about how long your check will be held, you can discuss this with the teller who takes your check at the branch. The length of the hold will also print on your receipt. What is the cost for copies of check and account statements?
For your convenience, check copies can be obtained through Digital Banking as far back as six months without a charge. If you have enrolled in eDocuments, you have access to account statement copies for free. Copies can also be obtained at the rate listed on our Fee Schedule if you do not have eDocuments. Please contact us for assistance with obtaining the items you need. -

How do I make a credit card payment?
One of the easiest ways you can make a credit card payment is through Digital Banking or our mobile app.
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate the "Move Money" tab from the main navigation and select "Make a Transfer."
- Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a from and to account, click "Transfer Funds" and finally "Confirm Transfer."
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap "Make a transfer" in the bottom navigation.
- To make a one-time payment, choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap "Transfer" and finally tap "Confirm Transfer."
- To set up a recurring payment, tap the "schedule" toggle at the top and then "schedule a transfer." Then you will be able to choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap "transfer" and finally tap "confirm transfer."
Option 1: Through Digital Banking
Make a credit card payment with funds from another financial institution.- Log into Digital Banking.
- Click the name of your credit card account.
- Click the "Pay your bill now" link.
- It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap "Move Money" in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Pay a Loan."
- It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.
