Since your HELOC is already set up, it's easy to access your funds! Here's how you can access your funds:

You can effortlessly transfer funds from your HELOC to your Landmark savings, checking, or money market account.

These convenient methods provide you with flexibility and ease when it comes to using your HELOC funds for your financial needs.

1. Digital Banking Transfer:
   • Log in to Digital Banking
   • From the main navigation, select the "Move Money" tab
   • Click "Make a Transfer"
2. Phone Banking:
   Use Phone Banking to transfer funds from your HELOC to your Landmark savings, checking, or money market account.


3. Write a Check:
   Simply write a check directly from your home equity line of credit to access your funds.


4. Visit a Local Branch:
   Visit any of our branch locations if you prefer an in-person experience.

You can visit any of our branches to complete the documents needed to add or remove a beneficiary from an account. You can schedule a branch appointment for "Specialized Services" to do this, but it isn't required.

If you cannot remember who your current account beneficiary is, contact us.

The length of the hold on the check will depend on the type of check you deposit. If you have any questions about how long your check will be held, you can discuss this with the teller who takes your check at the branch. The length of the hold will also print on your receipt. Visit one of our branches that offers safe deposit boxes to apply. While at the branch, you'll fill out a rental agreement form and pay the first year's rent. To check which size boxes are available at a specific branch, contact us.
