When do I get my mortgage satisfaction?
Mortgage satisfactions are issued within 30 days of the date the loan is paid in full. Satisfactions are digitally recorded for most counties in Wisconsin. A copy of the digitally recorded mortgage will be provided to you along with a letter confirming your loan has been paid off. If the satisfaction cannot be digitally recorded, the county will send you a paper copy. If you have additional questions, please contact us. -

You can access your 1098 tax form within Digital Banking or the mobile app.

What is a Subordination Agreement?
A subordination agreement is needed when there is an equity line or second mortgage on a property and a homeowner wants to refinance their first mortgage without replacing this equity line or second mortgage. Since mortgages are recorded chronologically a subordination agreement must be executed by a secondary lien holder to allow the new first mortgage to be ahead of them in priority. -

If I have automatic mortgage payment and the money isn't in the account on the fifth of the month when the payment is due, will you try and pull the funds again?
If the funds are not available on the 5th of the month, Landmark will attempt to pull them on the 10th and then again on the 15th.
