We post direct deposits to accounts based on the instructions from the initiating company. You can view pending deposits within Digital Banking. If you have specific questions about your deposits, please contact us and speak with a Member Service Representative. -

When is my credit card payment due?
Your due date depends on the cycle of your credit card. The easiest way to find your credit card payment due date is by logging in to Digital Banking. Otherwise, you can refer to your statement or call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609 or use the number on the back of your credit card. -

What is the cost for copies of check and account statements?
For your convenience, check copies can be obtained through Digital Banking as far back as six months without a charge. If you have enrolled in eDocuments, you have access to account statement copies for free. Copies can also be obtained at the rate listed on our Fee Schedule if you do not have eDocuments. Please contact us for assistance with obtaining the items you need.
