Option 1: Through Digital Banking

• Log into Digital Banking.
• Locate "Settings & Support" in the top navigation.
• Click "Settings."
• Click on the "Security" tab.
• Click the pencil icon next to username.
• Enter your new username and click the "Save Changes" button.

Option 2: Through the Mobile App

• Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
• Tap the "More" button in the bottom navigation.
• Tap "Settings."
• Tap "Security."
• Under "Username," type your new username.
• Tap "Save."

• Log in to Digital Banking.
• Click on your profile image in the upper-right corner.
• Click on "Settings."
• Click the "Security" tab.
• Click the pencil icon next to password.
• Create your new password.
• Click "Save."

Option 2: Through the Mobile App

• Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
• Tap your profile image in the upper-right corner.
• Tap "Settings."
• Tap "Password."
• Enter your new password.
• Tap "Save."

Bill Pay is free for Landmark Credit Union members and can be accessed by logging into your Digital Banking account. If you don't have a Digital Banking account, enroll online today.

You can view a current history of your credit card transactions through Digital Banking. Log into your Digital Banking account, and click on the credit card name and "View all Transactions" to review your transaction history.

Rewards points are good for five years from the date they are earned. Points start accumulating as purchases are made using your card. All points will be available for redemption within Digital Banking. Use the following steps to access your points:

Digital Banking

• Log in to Digital Banking
• Hover over "Card Management" in the top navigation
• Click on "Card Rewards"

Mobile App

• Log in to your mobile app
• Tap the "More" icon on the bottom right navigation
• Expand the "Card Management" menu
• Tap "Card Rewards"
