    How do I make a credit card payment?

    One of the easiest ways you can make a credit card payment is through Digital Banking or our mobile app.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate the "Move Money" tab from the main navigation and select "Make a Transfer."
    • Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a from and to account, click "Transfer Funds" and finally "Confirm Transfer."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "Make a transfer" in the bottom navigation.
    • To make a one-time payment, choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap "Transfer" and finally tap "Confirm Transfer."
    To set up a recurring payment, tap the "schedule" toggle at the top and then "schedule a transfer." Then you will be able to choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap "transfer" and finally tap "confirm transfer."


    Make a credit card payment with funds from another financial institution.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click the name of your credit card account.
    • Click the "Pay your bill now" link.
    • It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Click the name of your credit card account.
    • Click the "Pay your bill now" link.
    • It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.
     
    Other Payment Options
    Branch
    You can pay in person at a branch lobby or drive-thru.

    Phone Use
    Phone Banking to easily make loan payments from your phone.

    You can mail your payment to:

    How do I make a loan payoff?

    There are multiple ways you can pay off your loan. Choose the one that suits you best:

    1. Digital Banking & Mobile App For fixed-term consumer loans (excludes: HELOC, home equity loans, lines of credit, mortgage and business loans) you can use the "loan pay" option within Digital Banking or the mobile app. Payoffs must be made during Landmark business days.

    Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking
    • Navigate to the "Move Money" tab. Then click "Loan Pay" from the dropdown menu.
    • Click "Get Started." When prompted, enter your external account information to begin. You will need the correct routing and account number from the other financial institution to complete this process.
    Mobile App
    • Log into the Mobile App.
    • Tap "More" in the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Loan Pay." -Click "Get Started" and enter your external account information to begin. You will need the correct routing and account number from the other financial institution to complete this process.
    2. Mail
    Send your loan payoff check to:

    3. Overnight mail

    4. Wire Funds
    You can also send a wire transfer to your Landmark loan account. Please note that there is a $10 fee for this service. The other financial institution sending the wire transfer will require the following information:

    • Beneficiary name

    4. Visit a Branch
    Visit any Landmark branch to make your loan payoff today.

    5. Call Us
    If your loan payoff is less than $20,000, you can contact us to make the payment over the phone.
