    You can transfer funds between all your accounts, except for certificates, custodial accounts and IRAs. You can transfer money into your HSA, (contributions will count for the current year) but not out of it. Please contact us or visit any of our branches for assistance.

    You can access your 1098 tax form within Digital Banking or the mobile app.

    During regular business hours, please contact us. After hours, please call 800-472-3272. You can also report a lost or stolen debit card by sending us a secure message within Digital Banking. Misplaced your card? Utilize Card Management via Digital Banking to lock your debit or credit card when lost or stolen, set spending limits, or even set location preferences.

    I signed up for electronic delivery. Why am I still getting notices in the mail?

    You can verify that your email address for eDocuments (digital statements) is current within Digital Banking using the following steps:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Hover over "Settings & Support."
    • Click on "Settings."
    • Click the "Contact" tab.
    • If needed, click the pencil icon, update your email address and click "Save Changes."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap on your profile image in the upper-right corner.
    • Tap "Settings."
    • Tap "Contact."
    • Edit your contact information and save your changes
    If you are still receiving paper notices even though your email address is current in Digital Banking, contact us.
