During regular business hours, please contact us. After hours, please call 800-472-3272. You can also report a lost or stolen debit card by sending us a secure message within Digital Banking. Misplaced your card? Utilize Card Management via Digital Banking to lock your debit or credit card when lost or stolen, set spending limits, or even set location preferences.

Are rewards points retroactive? I have not signed up for Landmark Rewards.
Points start accumulating as purchases are made using your Rewards card. All points will be available for redemption within Digital Banking or the mobile app.

What do I do if I'm having trouble logging in to Digital Banking?
If you are having trouble accessing your account, please make sure you are using your correct username and password. Check your caps lock key as our login box is case sensitive, and make sure your number lock key is on as well. Any leading or trailing blanks (spaces) in your User ID or Password will not allow the service to load properly.
If you can't remember your username or password, click "Forgot username or password" on the Digital Banking login page

You can verify that your email address for eDocuments is current within Digital Banking using the following steps: Digital Banking- Log in to Digital Banking
- Hover over "Settings & Support"
- Click on "Settings"
- Click the "Contact" tab
- If needed, click the pencil icon, update your email address and click "Save Changes"
- Log in to the mobile app
- Tap on your profile image in the upper-right corner
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Contact"
- Edit your contact information and save your changes
