Can I select my own personal identification number (PIN) on my VISA® debit or ATM card?

When you apply for a debit card, you are allowed to select your own Personal Identification Number (PIN). However, this option is not an option for a new ATM card. The PIN for an existing debit card or ATM card can be changed at an original Landmark ATM, but you must know your current PIN to use this feature. Please note that our Mayville branch ATM is currently unable to process this request. If you do not know your current PIN, you would need to reset it through Phone Banking

What if I don't have enough points for the award I want?

If there is an award you want, and you do not have enough points to complete the redemption, you will have the ability at checkout to use a payment card for the amount that exceeds your current available points. This option will be available for most merchandise and travel redemptions. The use of a payment card will not be available when you select to redeem the points for statement credit or direct deposit to a Landmark account.
