    How can I make a payment to my Landmark Visa® credit card online?

    You can pay your credit card online in Digital Banking (online or mobile app) or by doing a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or debit card.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
    • Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
    • Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from in the drop-down.
    • Select "Add An Account" to pay from an external account.
    • Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
    • Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
    • Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    • Add a memo, if you like.
    • Click the "Review Transfer" button.
    • Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app from your phone.
    • Tap the "Transfers" icon on the bottom navigation.
    • Tap the "Make a Transfer" image.
    • Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from in the drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
    • Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
    • Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.

    How do I order or reorder checks?

    Our most convenient option for ordering checks is through Digital Banking. However, please note, we changed check vendors in May 2024. If this is your first order with Deluxe, our new vendor, it’s best to contact us or visit a branch. Reorders can easily be done through Digital Banking after your first check order.  

    Once ordered, checks will typically be delivered within 7-10 business days. Here are all the methods you can use to order checks.

    Click "Accounts" in the top navigation 
    Click "Check Services" 
    Click "Reorder Checks” 
    Click the "Order Checks" 

    Mobile App 

    Log in to the Landmark app 
    Tap "More" from the bottom navigation 
    Tap to expand the "Accounts" menu

    Order Checks in Person 

    Visit a Landmark branch (lobby or drive-thru) to order checks.

    You can order checks by calling us. 

    Order By Mail 

    If you have a reorder form (available at a Landmark branch or in your original package of checks), you can drop it off at any of our branches or mail it to:

    Members aged 55 and above who have a Landmark checking account (VIP, Rewards or Premium) are eligible to receive one free box of Landmark checks per calendar year. To receive this free box of checks, you must order at a branch or by contacting us

    How do I change an address of a payee in Bill Pay?

    Here are instructions on how to update payee addresses based on the payment method:

    Payments Sent as Checks
    If the payment is being sent as a check, in most cases, you can change the address.

    Payments Sent Electronically
    Payments that are being sent electronically do not require address updates. In the Account Information section, these payees will appear as "On File." They have a direct relationship with our Bill Pay provider, who has their preferred mailing address.

    Here are instructions on updating an address in Digital Banking or the Landmark mobile app:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Transfer & Pay" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Bill Pay."
    • Click on the name of the Payee you wish to update
    • Select the "Manage" tab, and then click the pencil icon in the Payee Information section to edit the payee details.
    • Hit save once complete.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap the Bill Pay Icon at the bottom of the page.
    • Select "Add and Manage Payees."
    • Select the payee to edit.
    • Tap the pencil icon in the payee details section.
    • Edit the contact information, and hit save.

    How do I make a credit card payment?

    One of the easiest ways you can make a credit card payment is through Digital Banking or our mobile app.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate the "Move Money" tab from the main navigation and select "Make a Transfer."
    • Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a from and to account, click "Transfer Funds" and finally "Confirm Transfer."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "Make a transfer" in the bottom navigation.
    • To make a one-time payment, choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, tap "Transfer" and finally tap "Confirm Transfer."
    To set up a recurring payment, tap the "schedule" toggle at the top and then "schedule a transfer." Then you will be able to choose a from and to account, enter the amount you want to transfer, set up the frequency of payment, tap "transfer" and finally tap "confirm transfer."


    Make a credit card payment with funds from another financial institution.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Click the name of your credit card account.
    • Click the "Pay your bill now" link.
    • It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Click the name of your credit card account.
    • Click the "Pay your bill now" link.
    • It will then prompt you to add your financial institution's account information.
     
    Other Payment Options
    Branch
    You can pay in person at a branch lobby or drive-thru.

    Phone Use
    Phone Banking to easily make loan payments from your phone.

    How can I set up direct deposit?

    Most employers have a direct deposit form for you to complete for direct deposit to your personal account. You will need Landmark's Routing Number and your Account Number.

    Routing Number
    Landmark's routing number is 275079714

    Account Number
    Here are the different ways to find your Landmark account number:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking.
    • Select the account name from the dashboard.
    • Find the last four digits of your account number under the account name.
    • Select the eye icon to reveal your full account number.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log in to the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap the account name from your dashboard.
    • Tsp "Show details" button in the upper-right corner.
    • Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number.
    Option 3: Through Your Member Statement

    Mailed Statements
    • Your account number is listed on your monthly/quarterly statement.
    eDocuments
    • Log in to Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Accounts" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Statements and Documents."
    • Select "Statements."
    • Select any statement.
    • Your full account number will be on the blue bar next to your account name.
    Option 4: On Your Paper Checks
    • You can also find your account number on any printed checks that are linked with your account.
