How can I replace my debit card or credit card?
Replace Your Card at a Branch
If you need to replace your debit or credit card (Cash Back and Rewards Credit Cards only), you can get a same-day replacement at any Landmark branch.
Replace Your Card by Phone
Debit Card
Contact our Member Experience Center to request a replacement debit card.
Credit Card
You can contact our Credit Card Department during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) to request a replacement card. It generally takes 7-10 business days to receive a replacement card in the mail.
Report and Replace a Lost or Stolen Card
If your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately using the appropriate number below.

Travel awards, airline tickets, vacation packages and cruises may be ordered by calling and speaking with a Travel Services Representative at 844-829-2317. You may also use the online travel booking site to obtain select air awards. In addition, you may purchase additional airline tickets and make car and hotel reservations online. If you prefer, Travel Services Representatives can assist with booking both purchased as well as redeemed awards travel items. -

How do I order or reorder checks?
Our most convenient option for ordering checks is through Digital Banking. However, please note, we changed check vendors in May 2024. If this is your first order with Deluxe, our new vendor, it’s best to contact us or visit a branch. Reorders can easily be done through Digital Banking after your first check order.
Once ordered, checks will typically be delivered within 7-10 business days. Here are all the methods you can use to order checks.
