Payment Relief Form

Landmark offers relief programs for all types of consumer loans to help members during a financially difficult time (please do not submit business relief requests using this form).

  • Most programs are designed to defer your payments for at least two months if you are experiencing a financial-related hardship.
  • Landmark has relief programs available for all loan types, and processing of those requests has been designed to avoid unnecessary delays. We anticipate your request being reviewed within 7 to 10 business days of submission. If your payment is due before your request is reviewed and your loan is not currently delinquent, we will make sure that the payment is not considered late or reported as late to the credit bureaus. To streamline processing, please do not submit duplicate requests.
  • Most programs will require you to sign a deferral and/or modification agreement; we will send the completed agreement to you via mail or e-mail after your request is reviewed.
  • It is very important that you follow the instructions for signing and returning the agreement to us as soon as possible; we will only be able to process your payment deferral with a signed agreement.
