Online Banking

Quickly and easily manage your money with Online Banking. Online Banking allows you to:

 

Move money from account to account.

New account screens organize your accounts making it easier & faster to check balances, view history and make transfers. Easily move your money between Landmark accounts or outside accounts.

Outside Transfers
Loan Payments

Easily make payments to your Landmark loan(s) using your account information from another financial institution.

  1. Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App
  2. Locate the “Move Money” tab then click “Loan Payments” from the dropdown menu within Online Banking.  From the Mobile App; tap "More," then “Loan Payments.”
  3. Click "Get Started" and when prompted, enter your external account information to begin

Me-to-Me: External Transfers

Move money from your Landmark accounts to your accounts at other financial institutions from the comfort of your home or on the go.2

  1. Log in to Online Banking and locate the “Move Money” tab from the main navigation and select “External Transfers”
  2. Complete the registration process, then enter external account information
  3. After trial deposits have been verified, begin the External Transfer process
Inside Transfers
Transfers

Move money between your membership accounts and loans. Once enrolled in Online Banking, you can automatically transfer funds between different accounts with the same member number.

  1. Log in to Online Banking (Membership accounts you'd be transferring from)
  2. Locate the “Move Money” tab from the main navigation and select “Make a Transfer”
  3. Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a FROM and TO account, click “Transfer Funds,” then “Confirm Transfer”

Cross Member Transfers

Move money between different membership accounts and loans. Once you have authorization and are enrolled in Online Banking you can automatically transfer funds between different member accounts at Landmark.

  1. Sign a Cross Member Transfer Authorization form at any branch location or by mail
  2. Log in to Online Banking (Membership accounts you'd be transferring from)
  3. Locate the “Move Money” tab from the main navigation and select “Make a Transfer”
  4. Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a FROM and TO account, click “Transfer Funds,” and then “Confirm Transfer”

Scheduled Transfers

Schedule transfers in advance or set up recurring transfers. Similar to regular transfers, Scheduled Transfers gives you the freedom and convenience to transfer funds to your other Landmark accounts ahead of time or on a recurring basis.

  1. Log in to Online Banking (Membership accounts you'd be transferring from)
  2. Locate the “Move Money” tab from the main navigation and select “Schedule a Transfer”
  3. Enter the amount to be transferred, choose a FROM and TO account, choose frequency, click “Schedule Transfer,” and “Confirm”

Activate Text Messaging
Follow these simple steps to enroll:
  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Under the "Additional Services" tab, Click on "Text & Alerts"
  3. Select "Activate" under "Text Message Banking"
  4. Enter you 10-digit mobile number and accept the "Terms & Conditions" by selecting the check box next to it
  5. You will receive a text message with a 6-digit activation code. Correctly enter the numbers and click "Next."
  6. Select the primary account you want balances and transactions to be retrieved from. If you want to receive weekly balance alerts, make sure the check box is selected.
  7. Once completed, you will see a confirmation screen congratulating you for successfully signing up for Text Message Banking

Bill Pay is a free service that allows you to pay bills electronically, make recurring payments automatically, review prior payments and more.

Get cash back by using your Landmark Debit Card1. Purchase Rewards are simple and easy to do. Simply use your Landmark Debit Card as you normally do. Offers will begin to appear within Online Banking based on how you currently shop, so the offers that you receive are relevant.

To redeem the offer, click on it to see the details; this automatically loads the offer onto your debit card. Then shop at the specified retailer and pay using your Landmark Debit Card to earn the reward. Each offer has different details regarding when and where to shop and how much you need to spend.

Now you don’t need to write a check or carry cash to pay people. It’s the quick, simple and secure way to electronically transfer funds to another person. No need to exchange account numbers, transfers can be initiated using only a phone number or email address. Below are the benefits of using Popmoney:

How to Enroll
  1. Login to Online Banking
  2. Click the "Move Money" tab from the main navigation
  3. Click "Pay People" to begin the enrollment process
Using Popmoney
  1. Enter the recipient’s name, email address and/or cellphone number and the dollar amount
  2. An email or text message automatically notifies the recipient
  3. The recipient securely enters an account number online

That’s it — then the money is deposited directly into the account that the recipient chooses! It’s secure, simple and so appreciated.
