Tonya has been with Landmark Credit Union since 2022 and has been in the banking industry for nearly 15 years. Her experience includes customer support, bank operations and digital banking. She has had a focus in Cash Management since 2014. She received her AAP certification in 2016 and her APRP certification in 2023. As part of the Landmark Cash Management team, Tonya has helped usher in new products and onboard new business members.
Tonya is passionate about providing business members with a great member experience -- whether it’s helping find the products and services that work best for them and their business, training them on new features or simply being a resource members can trust to provide accurate and timely information. She understands how much business owners have on their plate, and she is dedicated to making banking easy for them so they can get back to running their business. Outside of work, Tonya enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
