Alan Clementi

VP - Business Lending Officer

Alan Clementi has been in banking for more than 30 years with the last 20+ years focused primarily on commercial real estate lending. Through honest, timely, value added feedback and advice, Alan has worked to become a trusted advisor to a large group of real estate investors and developers throughout Wisconsin.

Alan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is an active member of CARW and NAIOP. He is a lifelong resident of Southeast Wisconsin and currently resides in Waukesha County with his family.

Daniel Hahn

VP - Business Lending Officer
Dan Hahn has over 24 years of banking experience with a background in C&I lending and Practice Financing as well as commercial real estate. He works to fully understand and assist in any commercial financing opportunity. His focus is working with business owners to find a solution to their practice, real estate, line of credit or cash management need. Dan is actively involved in the Waukesha community where he lives with his wife and three children.  
 

Brentell Handley

VP - Business Lending Officer

Brentell Handley has more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending and is focused on developing relationships and working closely with Landmark business members to help them achieve their financial objectives. Brentell specializes in working with commercial and industrial businesses and their owners to provide lending, depository and treasury management solutions, as well as financing and deal structuring expertise to real estate investors and developers.

Brentell earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master’s Degree (MBA) from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. He is an active board member of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Alumni Association and serves on the loan committee for Legacy Redevelopment Corporation in Milwaukee, WI. He lives in Waukesha County with his wife and three children.

Jared Junk

SVP – Business Services Team Lead
Jared has nearly 20 years experience in banking, with 16 years focused on commercial lending and treasury management solutions for small to medium sized businesses. He joined Landmark in 2022 to lead a team of commercial and industrial lenders and to continue growing Landmark’s commercial loan portfolio of operating companies. His focus is primarily in the industrial and professional service markets. Jared has a true passion for helping clients grow by getting to know business owners and their company objectives to provide valuable and direct business and financial advice.
 
Jared has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and is an active member of CARW, Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association and FaB Wisconsin. He resides in Washington County with his wife and two children.

Rory Linder

VP - Business Lending Officer

Rory Linder has over 10 years of banking experience, focused primarily on commercial real estate lending. Through an honest and straight-forward approach, Rory specializes in working with real estate developers and investors to provide financing solutions that help them achieve their goals.

Rory earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University. He is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin (CARW) and the Wisconsin Chapter of NAIOP, serving on various committees within these organizations. He is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and currently lives in Germantown with his wife and two children.

Thomas Maas

SVP - Business Services Team Lead

Tom Maas has 15 years of experience in commercial lending and is focused on developing relationships and working closely with Landmark business members to help them achieve their financial goals. Tom specializes in working with real estate investors and developers, customizing financing structures that ensure their project’s success, as well as small to mid-sized privately held businesses and their owners to provide lending and treasury management solutions that save time and increase cash flow.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and a Master’s Degree (MBA) from Concordia University in Mequon, WI. He is an active member with both CARW (The Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin) and the Wisconsin Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and lives in Waukesha County with his wife, who is a small business owner herself, and their two children.

Patrick Martin

AVP - Business Lending Officer

Patrick Martin has over 20 years of commercial and consumer lending experience. He has also completed several courses through the Center for Financial Training including the American Institute of Banking, Small Business Banking and Commercial Lending School. Patrick focuses on building strong relationships and providing effective lending and deposit solutions, primarily in Southeastern Wisconsin. He currently heads up Landmark’s Focus Real Estate Program, designed for multi-family investors and commercial owner-occupied real estate.

Patrick is also active in the community. He serves as the Board President of the Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce and has been Chair of the Loan Review Committee as well since October 2016. Within that role, he has developed years of experience providing alternative lending solutions to underserved business communities across the state. Additionally, Patrick has been the Board Treasurer for the City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce since May 2018.

Dayna Miller

VP - Business Lending Officer
Dayna Miller has been in banking for over 24 years and has been a successful business lender in the Metro Milwaukee area for over 9 years. Dayna’s background includes working with commercial real estate investors, manufacturers and nonprofit organizations. Dayna believes forging strong business relationships is key to truly understanding and accommodating a business’s unique needs. In her current role, Dayna partners closely with high-revenue businesses to determine their goals and build customized financial solutions.

Dayna holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where she majored in Management. Dayna currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin (ASSEW) and is a member of  WCREW. Dayna is a long-time resident of Waukesha County with her husband and three children. 
 

Adam Newman

EVP Business Lending & Commercial Services

Adam Newman joined Landmark in 2012 to continue building its Business Lending Department. Adam’s team of experienced lenders and staff focus on providing straightforward and competitive lending and treasury management services to its growing number of commercial real estate and corporate business members. Adam believes that Landmark’s commitment to local decision making is critical in delivering the best service to its existing and prospective members.

Adam earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Lawrence University and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Accounting and Finance. He is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors of WI (CARW), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the WI Chapter of NAIOP and the Lawrence Alumni Network. He is thankful for many generous mentors and endeavors to pass that gift on to others.

David Schalk

VP - Business Lending Officer

David brings over 30 years of banking experience to Landmark. He previously served as a Chief Lending Officer, responsible for commercial, mortgage and consumer lending. He also has 15 years of commercial banking experience with a focus on real estate and commercial and industrial lending for small and mid-sized businesses. David enjoys forging strong working relationships to provide customized financial solutions for business and personal needs throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

David earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics as well as a degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has served as the Chairman of the Credit Union League Business Lending Council Executive Committee and has also served on the United Way Grant Review Committee.

David is a lifelong resident of southeastern Wisconsin and resides in Muskego. He has been married for over 30 years and has two grown children. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Badgers, golfing and kayaking.

Eric Swanson

SVP – Business Services Team Lead
Eric has been helping business owners meet their financial goals for over 30 years. He focuses on understanding the owner’s business model and unique challenges before proposing solutions that will support the owner’s financial and personal goals. Eric is experienced at structuring loans and providing cash management solutions that maximize cash flow and minimize costs. Working for a credit union allows Eric to focus on providing valuable insights and advice based on his years of experience rather than selling the next financial product.

Eric earned a BS in Economics from UW-Whitewater and has benefitted from numerous commercial lending training programs in his career. He has expertise in commercial real estate, equipment financing and M&A financing.

When he isn't working, Eric enjoys spending time in the outdoors with family and friends fishing, skiing, hiking, kayaking and boating.
 

Josh Resch

VP- Business Lending Officer

Josh Resch has nearly 20 years of commercial banking experience. As Vice President, Business Lending Officer, Josh develops and maintains long-term solid relationships with various closely-held businesses and real estate investors. He aspires to be a trusted advisor for his clients by taking the time to listen and understand their needs while ensuring their access to strategic banking solutions to meet them.
 
In 2020, Josh originated the First Main Street Lending Program loan in the United States totaling $13,000,000. In 2022, he was awarded the In Business 40 under 40 designation.
 
Josh is engaged in his community and active with several organizations, including United Way of Dane County, Downtown Madison, Inc., MABA, Middleton Outreach Ministry (MOM), the Goodman Center, and Second Harvest Foodbank.
 
Josh earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in finance & accounting.
 
Outside work, Josh resides in downtown Madison with his wife, Raechel, and daughter Ava.

Sandra Roadt

VP - Business Lending Officer

Sandy Roadt has been with Landmark Credit Union for over 10 years and has been a successful business lender in the Metro Milwaukee area for over 25 years. Sandy’s background includes working with real estate investors of all types and creating customized solutions for medium sized operating companies.

Sandy holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she majored in Finance and Industrial Relations. Sandy is actively involved in the community, having served as a Board Member for ERAs Senior Network, United Way of Waukesha County and the Hales Corners Lutheran School Board. She also holds leadership positions within WCREW and TEMPO Waukesha. Sandy has been married to her husband Jim for 30 years, has two grown children and lives in New Berlin.

Leticia Schwengel

VP - Business Lending Officer

Leticia Schwengel has been in the banking industry for over 20 years and has spent the last 8 years working in commercial lending assisting business owners and real estate investors. She has a strong passion for the real estate industry and enjoys working with new and seasoned investors for the overall growth of their real estate portfolio. Leticia earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Alverno College. Leticia also graduated from the ACRE program (Associates in Commercial Real Estate), a partnership with Marquette, MSOE, UW-Milwaukee and LISC. She is an active member of the Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW) and serves on the board of the Apartment Association of SE Wisconsin (AASEW). Leticia currently resides in Waukesha County with her husband and son.

Brian Zimdars

VP - Business Lending Officer

Brian Zimdars is based in Madison and has over 30 years of banking experience.  Brian’s focus is commercial real estate lending, working with local and regional real estate investors and developers. Brian works closely with clients to ensure successful acquisition financing, construction projects or refinance opportunities.

Brian has been married to his wife for 35 years and has two grown children. He enjoys being out on a golf course or watching the Badgers, Packers and hockey.
