  • To update your name on your accounts, please visit any of our branches. You’ll need to provide two forms of identification—one from List A and one from List B:

    List A (Proof of Name Change):
    1. Certified marriage certificate
    2. Certified divorce decree
    3. Certified court order
    4. Updated Social Security card with your new name
    List B (Current Identification):
    1. Valid, unexpired U.S. passport with your new name
    2. Valid, unexpired state or military ID or driver’s license with your new name

    You may also need to complete new signature cards to finalize the change. If you prefer, you can fax copies of the required documents along with a detailed, signed request. For our fax number, please visit our Contact Us page.

  • You can visit any of our branches to complete the documents needed to add or remove a beneficiary from an account. You can schedule a branch appointment for "Specialized Services" to do this, but it isn't required.

    If you cannot remember who your current account beneficiary is, contact us.
  • There are several options to update your address:

    Update Your Address in Digital Banking

    • Log in to Digital Banking
    • Click "Settings & Support"
    • Click "Settings"
    • Click "Contact" and then click the pencil icon to update your address

    Update Your Address in the Mobile App

    • Log in to the mobile app , and tap the "More" icon in the bottom right corner
    • Tap "Settings"
    • Tap "Contact"
    • Tap "Edit address"
    • Tap "Save Address"

  • Here are the different ways to find your Landmark account number:

    Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking
    • Click on an account from your dashboard or from "Account Details" under "Accounts" in the navigation
    • Once you are in an account, you will see the last four digits of your account number underneath the account name
    • Click the eye icon to reveal your full account number
    Mobile App
    • Log in to the mobile app
    • Tap on an account from your dashboard
    • Once you are in an account, click the "Show details" button in the upper-right corner
    • Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number

    Member Statement (eDocuments or mailed)
    Your account numbers are listed on your monthly/quarterly member statements.

    Your account number is listed on your billing notices.

    Your Printed Checks
    • Refer to the numbers across the bottom of the check
    • From left to right, locate the routing number, 275079714
    • Your account number will be the next set of digits to the right of the routing number
  • Visit any of our branch locations , or contact us for assistance with changing your direct deposit. You can also consult your employer's payroll department to see if they have their own direct deposit change forms.
