    I live out of state. Where should I mail a check to be deposited in my Landmark account?

    You can mail deposits and loan payments. You check should include the account or loan number written in the memo line. Send it to this address:

    Checks may also be deposited using mobile deposit within Digital Banking or at one of the locations connected with the CO-OP Shared Branch network. CO-OP Shared Branch locations are non-Landmark locations where you can continue to access your Landmark accounts by using your member number and photo identification.     Do I have to close my account if I move out of state?

    Once you are a member of Landmark Credit Union, you can keep your membership even if you move out of state. Be sure to sign up for Digital Banking so you can manage your money, no matter where you are! Register online and download the Landmark Credit Union mobile app. You can also take advantage of our 34,000+ in-network ATMs by using our Branch & ATM Locator. Additionally, you may use one of the CO-OP Shared Branches throughout the country when you need to conduct an in-person transaction.

    How can I set up direct deposit?

    Most employers have a direct deposit form for you to complete for direct deposit to your personal account. You will need the following information:

    Routing Number
    Landmark's routing number is 275079714

    Account Number

    Here are the different ways to find your Landmark account number:
    • Digital Banking
      • Log in to Digital Banking
      • Click on the account name from the dashboard
      • Find the last four digits of your account number under the account name
      • Click the eye icon to reveal your full account number
    • Mobile App
      • Log in to the mobile app
      • Click on the account name from your dashboard
      • Click the "Show details" button in the upper-right corner
      • Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number
    • Member Statement (eDocuments or mailed)
      • Your account numbers are listed on your monthly/quarterly member statements.
      • For eStatements, Navigate to Accounts > Statements and Documents > Statements.
    • Paper Checks
      • You can also find your account number on any printed checks that are linked with your account. See the diagram below.

    What is the cost for copies of check and account statements?

    For your convenience, check copies can be obtained through Digital Banking as far back as six months without a charge. If you have enrolled in eDocuments, you have access to account statement copies for free. Copies can also be obtained at the rate listed on our Fee Schedule if you do not have eDocuments. Please contact us for assistance with obtaining the items you need.
