What is a PIN?
Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a security code that allows us to verify that a request to access your account is authorized by you. Your confidential PIN prevents unauthorized use of your debit and ATM cards and ensures complete security when making transactions on your accounts. Landmark does not keep this information for security purposes. Please contact us during regular business hours for assistance. -

How can I replace my debit card or credit card?
Replace Your Card at a Branch
If you need to replace your debit or credit card (Cash Back and Rewards Credit Cards only), you can get a same-day replacement at any Landmark branch.
Replace Your Card by Phone
Debit Card
Contact our Member Experience Center to request a replacement debit card.
Credit Card
You can contact our Credit Card Department during our regular business hours (8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday) to request a replacement card. It generally takes 7-10 business days to receive a replacement card in the mail.

How do I enroll in Digital Banking?
Before you enroll in Digital Banking, you will need your account number and primary member's personal information. To apply for Digital Banking, either download the app or enroll online. Once you've submitted your enrollment application, you will receive a confirmation email. If your application is pending, it will be reviewed within the next business day and you will receive confirmation once approved or declined. -

If I have an automatic loan payment set up to pull on the last day of the month and the last day is a Sunday, what day will the loan payment come out?
The loan payment will pull the next business day and will not be considered late. In the case of the example above, the payment would be pulled on Monday.
