How can I change my name on my accounts?
To update your name on your accounts, please visit any of our branches. You’ll need to provide two forms of identification—one from List A and one from List B:
List A (Proof of Name Change):- Certified marriage certificate
- Certified divorce decree
- Certified court order
- Updated Social Security card with your new name
- Valid, unexpired U.S. passport with your new name
- Valid, unexpired state or military ID or driver’s license with your new name
You may also need to complete new signature cards to finalize the change. If you prefer, you can fax copies of the required documents along with a detailed, signed request. For our fax number, please visit our Contact Us page.

Simply contact us for assistance or stop in to any of our branches to complete the necessary documentation. We also offer a Rewards Visa Credit Card. You'll earn 1 point for every dollar in purchases and can combine these points with those you earn on your Rewards Checking debit card! -

You can view your credit card statement through Digital Banking or our mobile app. Here's how:
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Find your credit card on the dashboard.
- Select "View Transactions."
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap your credit card account.
- Tap "View all transactions."

How do I check my credit card balance?
You can access your credit card information and make payments online by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking on your credit card account from your dashboard.
During regular business hours you can call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609.
Outside of regular business hours, call 866-952-8199 or for Signature credit cards, call the phone number found on the back of your credit card. -
