When should I expect a coupon book on my car loan?
We no longer send coupon books for auto loans. Instead, you'll receive a monthly billing statement. If you need to make a payment before receiving your statement, you have a few options:- Make a payment within Digital Banking.
- Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
- Visit any of our branches.
- Mail your payment to the address provided on your closing documents:

New Berlin, WI 53151-0910
Remember to include your loan account number on the check memo section. You can find your account number in the vehicle loan welcome letter you received in the mail. -

How do I check my credit card balance?
You can access your credit card information and make payments online by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking on your credit card account from your dashboard.
During regular business hours you can call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609.
Outside of regular business hours, call 866-952-8199 or for Signature credit cards, call the phone number found on the back of your credit card. -

You have multiple options for paying your vehicle loan payment:- Digital Banking: Access your account through Digital Banking to make a payment.
- One-time Guest Payment: Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
