You have multiple options for paying your vehicle loan payment:

1. Digital Banking: Access your account through Digital Banking to make a payment.
2. One-time Guest Payment: Make a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or a a debit card.
3. Branch Visit: Visit any of our branches to make your payment.
4. Mail Payment: Mail your payment to: Landmark Credit Union P.O. Box 510910 New Berlin, WI 53151-0910
   • Please write your loan account number in the memo section of your check so we know where the payment needs to be posted. Your loan account number can be found in the vehicle loan welcome letter that was mailed to you.

The minimum payment due will depend on your current card balance and the type of card program. To verify the minimum payment on your specific account:

• Access your account through Digital Banking, and click on the name of your credit card
• Call credit card customer service at 866-952-8199 or the phone number on the back of your card
• Contact our Credit Card Department.

There is no limit to the number of accounts you can have with Landmark. However, you may not be eligible for certain services, such as debit cards or Premium Overdraft (limited to one checking account), on all your accounts. Certain types of accounts, such as Premium Checking, are limited to one per member.

Your PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a security code that allows us to verify that a request to access your account is authorized by you. Your confidential PIN prevents unauthorized use of your debit and ATM cards and ensures complete security when making transactions on your accounts. Landmark does not keep this information for security purposes. Please contact us during regular business hours for assistance.
