    How do I access my Landmark Rewards?

    Credit Card and Debit Card Instructions
    • Log into your Digital Banking account and navigate to "Card Management" and "Card Rewards." Here you can view and redeem your points.
    • Mobile users can access their Landmark Rewards by selecting the "More" menu option within the mobile app.

    How do I lock my credit or debit card?

    You can easily lock and unlock your credit or debit card using the Card Management tool in Digital Banking or the Mobile App. This allows you to stop all card transactions (except for recurring transactions) when your card is temporarily lost or stolen.

    Option 1: Through Card Management in Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking.
    • Locate “Card Management” on the navigation menu.
    • Select  “Manage Cards.”

    When can I order awards with Landmark Rewards?

    You may order awards anytime during the program as long as your account is in good standing and you have enough points to redeem the requested award. In good standing means your account is not delinquent, past due, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding.
