    How do I redeem my rewards points for Landmark rewards?

    Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking
    • Hover over "Card Management" in the top navigation
    • Click on "Card Rewards"
    Mobile App
    • Log in to your mobile app
    • Tap the "More" icon on the bottom right navigation
    • Expand the "Card Management" menu
    • Tap "Card Rewards"
    You can also call Landmark Rewards, powered by ScoreCard Rewards, at 844-783-9779.

    How do I check my credit card balance?

    You can access your credit card information and make payments online by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking on your credit card account from your dashboard.

    During regular business hours you can call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609.

    Outside of regular business hours, call 866-952-8199 or for Signature credit cards, call the phone number found on the back of your credit card.

    How do I view my Landmark Credit Card statement online?

    You can view your credit card statement through Digital Banking or our mobile app. Here's how:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Find your credit card on the dashboard.
    • Select "View Transactions."
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap your credit card account.
    • Tap "View all transactions."

    How do I activate my credit card?

    There are four ways to activate your Landmark credit card. Choose the option below and follow the steps that work best for you.

    Option 1: Through Card Management in Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Card Management" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Manage Cards."
    • Select "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Select "Activate."
    Option 2: Through Card Management in the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "More" in the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Card Management."
    • Tap "Manage Cards."
    • Tap "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Tap "Activate."
    Note: ATM cards are not able to be activated under Card Management in Digital Banking.

    Option 3: Call the 800 Number on the Sticker Attached to the Physical Card

    Option 4: By Phone During Business Hours
    • Call 262-796-4500.
    • Select 3 for credit cards, ATM cards or debit cards.
    • Select 1 for credit cards. 
    • Select 1 to activate your credit card.
