I opened an account to collect charitable contributions. Is there a way for people to donate money online?
We do not have a system that would allow people to make contributions directly to accounts through a website. However, contributions can be made at any of our branches, through Zelle®($500 limit) or by mailing to the following address:

If mailing a contribution, please ensure you include the account number in the memo on the check or provide separate written instructions specifying where the check should be deposited. For our branch locations, please visit our branch locator page. -

How do I make a car loan payment online?
You can make your auto loan payment through Digital Banking(online or moblie app) or make a one-time guest payment online.Digital Banking
Online- Log in to your Digital Banking account
- Hover over "Transfer & Pay" in the top navigation
- Click 'Transfer & Loan Pay"
- Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account
- Select your auto loan account from the "To Account" drop-down -Choose the payment amount
- Set the frequency (you can make a one-time payment or a recurring payment)
- Add a memo, if you like
- Click the "Review Transfer" button
- Make sure everything is accurate, and click the "Submit Transfer" button
Mobile App- Log in to the mobile app
- Tap the "Transfers" icon on the bottom navigation
- Tap the "Make a Transfer" image -Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account
- Select your auto loan account from the "To Account" drop-down
- Choose the payment amount -Set the frequency (you can make a one-time payment or a recurring payment)
- Add a memo, if you like
- Tap the "Review Transfer" button
- Make sure everything is accurate, and tap the "Submit Transfer" button
One-time Online Payment
Make a One-time Guest Payment Using an External Bank Account- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
- From the “Funding Account Details” drop-down, select “New Bank Account.”
- Enter your account information.
- Select the payment date.
- From the “Payment Details” drop-down, choose your payment amount.
- Select the “Continue” button.
- Review your payment details.
- Select the “Confirm” button.
- Once you see the successful payment confirmation, you can choose between the options “Make Another Payment” or “End My Session.”
Please note that you well be charged a $5.95 processing fee if you choose this payment method.- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

Can I make an automatic loan payment from an account at another financial institution?
Yes, there are several convenient ways to set up recurring transfers for your Landmark loan payments:- In-Person Setup at Branch: You can visit any of our branch locations to complete the necessary forms for setting up recurring transfers. Simply bring a voided check from the checking account you want to use for payments. The processing time for this setup is approximately 3 to 4 business days.
- Online Setup via Digital Banking: Utilize our Loan Payments feature within Digital Banking.
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Navigate to the "Move Money" tab
- Select "Loan Pay" to initiate the setup.
- You'll need the routing and account number from your external account to complete the process.
- Please note that the transfer takes 3 full business days to complete.
- Bill Pay with Other Financial Institution: If you have Bill Pay available with your other financial institution, you can use that service to make payments on your Landmark auto loan. Remember to reference your Landmark member number along with the loan number suffix as the account number. Mail the payment to:

Can I make my Landmark loan payment online?
Yes! Making a payment is easy through Landmark's Digital Banking(online or mobile app). If you aren’t registered for Digital Banking, you can also make a one-time payment using an external bank account or debit card.
Make a Payment in Digital Banking Online- Log in to your Digital Banking account.
- Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
- Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
- Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Choose your loan from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
- Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Add a memo, if you like.
- Click the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.
- Log in to the mobile app.

I live out of state. Where should I mail a check to be deposited in my Landmark account?
You can mail deposits and loan payments. You check should include the account or loan number written in the memo line. Send it to this address:

Checks may also be deposited using mobile deposit within Digital Banking or at one of the locations connected with the CO-OP Shared Branch network. CO-OP Shared Branch locations are non-Landmark locations where you can continue to access your Landmark accounts by using your member number and photo identification.
