What is a Phone Banking PIN?
When members use Phone Banking, are asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) after their Social Security Number to confirm their identity. Members are asked to use their date of birth (example: January 1970 would be 0-1-7-0) for the first time, and then they are required to change it.
