    How can I set up direct deposit?

    Most employers have a direct deposit form for you to complete for direct deposit to your personal account. You will need the following information:

    Routing Number
    Landmark's routing number is 275079714

    Account Number

    Here are the different ways to find your Landmark account number:
    • Digital Banking
      • Log in to Digital Banking
      • Click on the account name from the dashboard
      • Find the last four digits of your account number under the account name
      • Click the eye icon to reveal your full account number
    • Mobile App
      • Log in to the mobile app
      • Click on the account name from your dashboard
      • Click the "Show details" button in the upper-right corner
      • Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number
    • Member Statement (eDocuments or mailed)
      • Your account numbers are listed on your monthly/quarterly member statements.
      • For eStatements, Navigate to Accounts > Statements and Documents > Statements.
    • Paper Checks
      • You can also find your account number on any printed checks that are linked with your account. See the diagram below.

    You can begin having your check deposited directly to your account by calling Social Security at 1-800-772-1213. You can also visit their website. You will need to provide your full account number.

    How do I open a business account?

    You can open a business account at a Landmark branch. Schedule an appointment today to open a business account. Certain information, including but not limited to, tax identification number, signer's proof of identity and a satisfactory ChexSystems record, is mandatory for opening a business account. Depending on the specific type of your organization, other documentation, such as state filed organization papers and operating agreement, among other things, may be required. Contact our business team for more information about the specific requirements for your organization.

    What are the Swift Code and IBAN numbers for Landmark?

    Landmark does not have a swift code or International Bank Account Number (IBAN). You will need to give the financial institution that is initiating the wire the following information to complete a wire transfer to your account at Landmark:
    • To: Landmark Credit Union
    • ABA: 275079714
    • Beneficiary: Your name and account number (Please specify Savings, Checking, etc.)
    When sending a wire from your Landmark account, the cutoff times are 4:45 p.m. for a domestic wire and 3:00 p.m. for an international wire. Wires are done Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The current fees will apply for incoming and outgoing wires.

    What if I get an error message when I try to enroll an email address or U.S. mobile number?

    Your email address or U.S. mobile number may already be enrolled with Zelle® at another bank or credit union. If you would like to move your email address or U.S. mobile number from the financial institution where you initially enrolled with Zelle®, simply click 'Transfer' when prompted during the Zelle® enrollment process and confirm your desired changes.

    Once you transfer your email address or U.S. mobile number, it will be connected to your account at the financial institution you selected and you can start sending and receiving money with Zelle® right away.
