How do I change my username in Digital Banking?
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate "Settings & Support" in the top navigation.
- Click "Settings."
- Click on the "Security" tab.
- Click the pencil icon next to username.
- Enter your new username and click the "Save Changes" button.
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap the "More" button in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Settings."
- Tap "Security."
- Under "Username," type your new username.
- Tap "Save."

How many days after maturity do I have to take action on my certificate?
Your certificate will automatically renew at maturity. The certificate will renew at the current rate for the original term of the certificate. If you currently have a "special" for your certificate, the renewal term might be different from your current term, as indicated on your Certificate Receipt. You will have a grace period of 10 calendar days after the maturity date to withdraw the funds in the account without being charged an early withdrawal penalty. -

How do I send proof of my vehicle insurance?
Proof of insurance must be provided to Landmark. You or your insurance agent must send the declarations page of your policy in one of the following ways:- Fax: Visit our contact us page to get our fax number.
- Online: Add your insurance info online at Myinsuranceinfo.com.
- Phone: Call 800-653-8812 to provide the necessary insurance information.
- Mail: Landmark Credit Union Attn: Insurance Service Center P.O. Box 57 Sioux City, IA 51102
Reminder: make sure to send the declarations page and not your insurance card. -

How do I check my credit card balance?
You can access your credit card information and make payments online by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking on your credit card account from your dashboard.
During regular business hours you can call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609.
Outside of regular business hours, call 866-952-8199 or for Signature credit cards, call the phone number found on the back of your credit card. -

How do I lock my credit or debit card?
You can easily lock and unlock your credit or debit card using the Card Management tool in Digital Banking or the Mobile App. This allows you to stop all card transactions (except for recurring transactions) when your card is temporarily lost or stolen.
Misplace your card? Use Card Management in Digital Banking or our mobile app to lock your card.
