How do I make a loan payoff?
There are multiple ways you can pay off your loan. Choose the one that suits you best:
1. Digital Banking & Mobile App For fixed-term consumer loans (excludes: HELOC, home equity loans, lines of credit, mortgage and business loans) you can use the "loan pay" option within Digital Banking or the mobile app. Payoffs must be made during Landmark business days.
Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking
- Navigate to the "Move Money" tab. Then click "Loan Pay" from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Get Started." When prompted, enter your external account information to begin. You will need the correct routing and account number from the other financial institution to complete this process.
- Log into the Mobile App.
- Tap "More" in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Loan Pay." -Click "Get Started" and enter your external account information to begin. You will need the correct routing and account number from the other financial institution to complete this process.

4. Wire Funds
You can also send a wire transfer to your Landmark loan account. Please note that there is a $10 fee for this service. The other financial institution sending the wire transfer will require the following information:- To: Landmark Credit Union

I have a new car loan with Landmark. What is my account number?
Locating your Landmark Credit Union account number is easy. You can find it in various places:- Billing Notice: Your account number is printed on your billing notice.
- Dealership Application: If you applied for financing at one of our preferred dealerships, your account number is in your welcome letter. You will need it to enroll in Digital Banking, to make payments from external accounts and for mailed payments.
- Branch or Online Auto Loan Application: If you applied for an auto loan at a branch or online, your account number is within the account documents you received.
- Digital Banking or Mobile App: If you use Digital Banking or our mobile app, here's how to find your account number:
- Log in to Digital Banking
- Click on an account from your dashboard or from "Account Details" under "Accounts" in the navigation
- Once you are in an account, you will see the last four digits of your account number underneath the account name
- Click the eye icon to reveal your full account number
- Log in to the mobile app
- Tap on an account from your dashboard
- Once you are in an account, click the "Show details" button in the upper-right corner
- Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number

How can I set up direct deposit?
Most employers have a direct deposit form for you to complete for direct deposit to your personal account. You will need the following information:

- Member Statement (eDocuments or mailed)
- Your account numbers are listed on your monthly/quarterly member statements.
- For eStatements, Navigate to Accounts > Statements and Documents > Statements.
- Paper Checks
- You can also find your account number on any printed checks that are linked with your account. See the diagram below.

Can I set up an automatic credit card payments from another bank account?
Yes, you can set up automatic payments from an external account within Digital Banking or the mobile app.
Digital Banking- Log in to your Digital Banking account.
- Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
- Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
- Under the "from account" drop-down, select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
- Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Add a memo, if you like.
- Click the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.
- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap the "Transfers" icon on the bottom navigation.
- Tap the "Make a Transfer" image.
- Under the "From Account" drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
