    How do I sign up for Landmark Rewards?

    The first step to sign up for Landmark Rewards is to open a Rewards Checking Account or Rewards Credit Card with Landmark.

    To change an existing checking account to a Rewards Checking, simply contact us or visit one of our branches. After receiving your Rewards debit and/or credit card, you'll start earning points on your purchases.

    Points add up fast and can be redeemed for gift cards, travel and merchandise! You can redeem and keep track of points in Digital Banking.

    How can I make a payment to my Landmark Visa® credit card online?

    You can pay your credit card online in Digital Banking (online or mobile app) or by doing a one-time guest payment using an external bank account or debit card.

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
    • Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
    • Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from in the drop-down.
    • Select "Add An Account" to pay from an external account.
    • Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
    • Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
    • Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    • Add a memo, if you like.
    • Click the "Review Transfer" button.
    • Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app from your phone.
    • Tap the "Money Movement" icon on the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Pay a Loan."
    • Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from in the drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
    • Choose your credit card from the "To Account" drop-down.
    • Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
    • Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
    • Add a memo, if you like.

    How do I change an address of a payee in Bill Pay?

    Here are instructions on how to update payee addresses based on the payment method:

    Payments Sent as Checks
    If the payment is being sent as a check, in most cases, you can change the address.

    Payments Sent Electronically
    Payments that are being sent electronically do not require address updates. In the Account Information section, these payees will appear as "On File." They have a direct relationship with our Bill Pay provider, who has their preferred mailing address.

    Here are instructions on updating an address in Digital Banking or the Landmark mobile app:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Transfer & Pay" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Bill Pay."
    • Click on the name of the Payee you wish to update
    • Select the "Manage" tab, and then click the pencil icon in the Payee Information section to edit the payee details.
    • Hit save once complete.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap the "Move Money" icon on he bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Bill Pay."
    • Select "Add and Manage Payees."
    • Select the payee to edit.
    • Tap the pencil icon in the payee details section.
    • Edit the contact information, and hit save.

    Digital Banking occasionally times out. What is causing this?

    For security reasons, Digital Banking will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity.

    I have a new car loan with Landmark. What is my account number?

    Locating your Landmark Credit Union account number is easy. You can find it in various places:
    1. Billing Notice: Your account number is printed on your billing notice.
    2. Dealership Application: If you applied for financing at one of our preferred dealerships, your account number is in your welcome letter. You will need it to enroll in Digital Banking, to make payments from external accounts and for mailed payments.
    3. Branch or Online Auto Loan Application: If you applied for an auto loan at a branch or online, your account number is within the account documents you received.
    4. Digital Banking or Mobile App: If you use Digital Banking or our mobile app, here's how to find your account number:
    Digital Banking
    • Log in to Digital Banking 
    • Click on an account from your dashboard or from "Account Details" under "Accounts" in the navigation
    • Once you are in an account, you will see the last four digits of your account number underneath the account name
    • Click the eye icon to reveal your full account number
    Mobile App
    • Log in to the mobile app
    • Tap on an account from your dashboard
    • Once you are in an account, click the "Show details" button in the upper-right corner
    • Tap the eye icon to reveal your full account number

    These methods ensure you have access to your Landmark account number whenever you need it.
