    • Set up an automatic transfer from Landmark or your current financial institution to make the payment each month.
    • Consider adding a Power of Attorney to your account to handle your finances and make your payments while you are out of the country.
    • Repay the loan in full before you go.
    • If you will have internet access while away, you can make payments through Digital Banking.

    How do I stop a Bill Pay check that has already sent?

    A Bill Pay check can be stopped, in some cases, if it has not yet been deposited and paid. Contact us for assistance in stopping a bill pay you do not want us to pay.

    Our regular stop payment fee will apply.

    Please note that we can only place stop payments on Bill Pay items which are sent as paper checks. We cannot place stop payments on Bill Pay items which are sent to the payee through electronic (ACH) deposit.

    How do I cancel a recurring loan payment made within Digital Banking?

    To cancel a recurring loan payment made within Digital Banking, follow these steps:

    Option 1: Through Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Move Money" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Loan Pay" from the dropdown menu.
    • Under "Scheduled loan payments," locate your pending recurring payment.
    • Click "Cancel" and then "Cancel Series" to the right of the transfer and confirm.
    Option 2: Through the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "More" in the bottom navigation, and then "Loan Pay."
    • Under "Scheduled loan payments," locate your pending recurring payment.
    • Click "Cancel" and then "Cancel Series" to the right of the transfer and confirm.
