How do I make a mortgage payment online?
You can easily make a Landmark mortgage payment from your account with Landmark or from another financial institution using Digital Banking or the mobile app. Same day mortgage payments must be received by 7:30 p.m. Payments received after this time will be credited the next day. Applicable late payment fees will be assessed on the last day of the grace period as of the cutoff time.
Make a Loan Payment Online in Digital Banking- Log in to your Digital Banking account.
- Hover over "Pay & Transfer" from the top navigation.
- Click "Transfers & Loan Pay."
- Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from the drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Choose your mortgage loan from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the amount you want to pay from the "How Much" drop-down. You'll see options such as regular amount, amount due and "other" for a custom amount.
- Under "When" choose the frequency. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.
- Add a memo, if you like.
- Click the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and then click the "Submit Transfer" button.
Make a Loan Payment in the Mobile App- Log in to the mobile app.
- Tap the "Transfers" icon on the bottom navigation.
- Tap the "Make a Transfer" image.
- Choose a "From Account" you want to make your payment from the drop-down. Select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.

Make a One-time Guest Payment Using an External Bank Account- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
- From the “Funding Account Details” drop-down, select “New Bank Account.”
- Enter your account information.
- Select the payment date.
- From the “Payment Details” drop-down, choose your payment amount.
- Select the “Continue” button.
- Review your payment details.
- Select the “Confirm” button.
- Once you see the successful payment confirmation, you can choose between the options “Make Another Payment” or “End My Session.”
Please note that you will be charged a $5.95 processing fee if you choose this payment method.- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).

Do I receive a confirmation that my transfer is complete? How soon after will my transaction post?
You will receive an online confirmation that the transfer is complete, along with a Reference Number, after you select the "Confirm Transfer" button. We use real-time account access, and therefore as soon as you confirm the transaction, it will process. Internal transfers, excluding credit card and mortgage payments, are immediate. Mortgage and credit card accounts, which will not reflect a transfer until the next business day because payments are only processed overnight for these two types of accounts. External transfers may take up to three days to post. We recommend visiting the Account Summary or History page to verify the transfer has taken place. -

What is ACH?
ACH stands for Automatic Clearing House. ACH is a nationwide electronic funds transfer network which enables participating financial institutions to distribute electronic credit and debit entries to bank accounts and to settle such entries. So instead of sending a paper check to pay your bill, the creditor will automatically deduct the funds from your account. Or in the instance of receiving money, the debtor will automatically credit the funds to your account. Common examples of ACH transactions are automobile payments, direct deposit, insurance premium payments and home mortgage payments. -

What information is needed to apply for a home equity loan?
When applying for a home equity loan, please provide the following:- Proof of income (pay stubs for the last 30 days, 2 years W2 or 1040s)
- Proof of Homeowner's Insurance (policy declaration page)
- If you have a first mortgage, your most recent statement
- A copy of your tax bill Additional information may be required.
