How can I change my name on my accounts?
To update your name on your accounts, please visit any of our branches. You’ll need to provide two forms of identification—one from List A and one from List B:
List A (Proof of Name Change):- Certified marriage certificate
- Certified divorce decree
- Certified court order
- Updated Social Security card with your new name
- Valid, unexpired U.S. passport with your new name
- Valid, unexpired state or military ID or driver’s license with your new name
You may also need to complete new signature cards to finalize the change. If you prefer, you can fax copies of the required documents along with a detailed, signed request. For our fax number, please visit our Contact Us page.

How do I sign up for Landmark Rewards?
The first step to sign up for Landmark Rewards is to open a Rewards Checking Account or Rewards Credit Card with Landmark.
To change an existing checking account to a Rewards Checking, simply contact us or visit one of our branches. After receiving your Rewards debit and/or credit card, you'll start earning points on your purchases.
Points add up fast and can be redeemed for gift cards, travel and merchandise! You can redeem and keep track of points in Digital Banking.

Do I have to be a current member to apply for a credit card?
You do not have to be a current member to apply for a credit card. If approved, you will be asked to establish a membership by opening a $5 VIP Savings account before the card is ordered. This account will need to remain open throughout the time you have the credit card. -
