When can I order awards with Landmark Rewards?
You may order awards anytime during the program as long as your account is in good standing and you have enough points to redeem the requested award. In good standing means your account is not delinquent, past due, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding. -

How do I activate my credit card?
There are four ways to activate your Landmark credit card. Choose the option below and follow the steps that work best for you.
Option 1: Through Card Management in Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Locate "Card Management" in the top navigation.
- Select "Manage Cards."
- Select "Activate Card."
- Enter the card expiration date and security code.
- Select "Activate."
- Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap "Manage Cards" in the bottom navigation.
- Tap "Activate Card."
- Enter the card expiration date and security code.
- Tap "Activate."
Option 3: Call the 800 Number on the Sticker Attached to the Physical Card
Option 4: By Phone During Business Hours- Call 262-796-4500.
- Select 3 for credit cards, ATM cards or debit cards.
- Select 1 for credit cards.
- Select 1 to activate your credit card.

How do I earn points with Landmark Rewards?
Use your Landmark Rewards Debit Card for signature-based purchases or your Rewards Credit Card for qualifying purchases.
Points are earned based on your qualifying net purchases (purchases minus returns or other credits).
Please note:
Points are not earned for cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or any fees associated with your card account.
You will continue earning points as long as your account remains in good standing.
