    How do I activate my credit card?

    There are four ways to activate your Landmark credit card. Choose the option below and follow the steps that work best for you.

    Option 1: Through Card Management in Digital Banking
    • Log into Digital Banking.
    • Locate "Card Management" in the top navigation.
    • Select "Manage Cards."
    • Select "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Select "Activate."
    Option 2: Through Card Management in the Mobile App
    • Log into the Landmark app on your phone.
    • Tap "Manage Cards" in the bottom navigation.
    • Tap "Activate Card."
    • Enter the card expiration date and security code.
    • Tap "Activate."
    Note: ATM cards are not able to be activated under Card Management in Digital Banking.

    Option 3: Call the 800 Number on the Sticker Attached to the Physical Card

    Option 4: By Phone During Business Hours
    • Call 262-796-4500.
    • Select 3 for credit cards, ATM cards or debit cards.
    • Select 1 for credit cards. 
    • Select 1 to activate your credit card.

    When do I get a new card? / Do I need a new card?

    No need to request a new card! Your card will work through the expiration date printed.

    How do I change from VIP Checking to Rewards Checking?

    Simply contact us for assistance or stop in to any of our branches to complete the necessary documentation. We also offer a Rewards Visa Credit Card. You'll earn 1 point for every dollar in purchases and can combine these points with those you earn on your Rewards Checking debit card!

    How do I earn points with Landmark Rewards?

    Use your Landmark Rewards Debit Card for signature-based purchases or your Rewards Credit Card for qualifying purchases.  

    Points are earned based on your qualifying net purchases (purchases minus returns or other credits).  

    Please note:  

    Points are not earned for cash advances, balance transfers, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or any fees associated with your card account.  

    You will continue earning points as long as your account remains in good standing.  

    Good standing means your account is not delinquent, past due, in default, closed, canceled, blocked, suspended, or otherwise inactive and not available for use as a source of funding.

    How do I receive rewards points for good grades on my Student Visa®?

    To receive rewards points on your Student Visa for good grades, please mail a copy of your most recent report card to Landmark's Credit Card Department at:
