How can I get a debit card?
You can request a debit card when you open a Landmark checking account. Checking accounts can be opened online or at a branch. You will receive your debit card in the mail within 10-15 business days of opening your account. If you did not request a debit card when you opened your Landmark checking account and want one later, please visit a branch or contact us.
Please note holiday and non-business days are excluded. -

How do I check my credit card balance?
You can access your credit card information and make payments online by logging into Digital Banking, and clicking on your credit card account from your dashboard.
During regular business hours you can call our Credit Card Department at 262-796-4500, ext. 6609.
Outside of regular business hours, call 866-952-8199 or for Signature credit cards, call the phone number found on the back of your credit card. -

When does a deposit post when using a night drop box?
Night deposits will post the following business day. Please be aware that scheduled withdrawals may be posted prior to night deposits. Our night drop box is processed once per day and is checked at 8:30 a.m. -

We will make every reasonable effort to remain open for regular business hours during periods of inclement weather to meet the needs of our members.
