Do I need to contact Landmark when traveling out of state?
With our improved fraud detection from Landmark and Visa®, you no longer have to call when you're traveling within the United States. It is still recommended that you notify us when you're traveling internationally. Note that, wherever you're traveling, we'll continue to monitor your account for suspicious activity, and get in touch with you immediately to verify transactions. To ensure that your transactions are completed securely, use your Landmark chip cards for all transactions. Cards with chip technology provide better security and faster transaction completion so you can confidentially use your card in your travels. -

How do I make a car loan payment online?
You can make your auto loan payment through Digital Banking(online or mobile app) or make a one-time guest payment online.
Option 1: Through Digital Banking- Log into Digital Banking.
- Hover over "Transfer & Pay" in the top navigation.
- Click 'Transfer & Loan Pay."
- Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Select your auto loan account from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the payment amount.
- Set the frequency (you can make a one-time payment or a recurring payment).
- Add a memo, if you like.
- Click the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and click the "Submit Transfer" button.
Option 2: Through the Mobile App- Log into Landmark app on your phone.
- Tap the "Transfers" icon on the bottom navigation.
- Tap the "Make a Transfer" image.
- Choose a "From Account" from the drop-down or select "Add Account" to pay from an external account.
- Select your auto loan account from the "To Account" drop-down.
- Choose the payment amount.
- Set the frequency (you can make a one-time payment or a recurring payment).
- Add a memo, if you like.
- Tap the "Review Transfer" button.
- Make sure everything is accurate, and tap the "Submit Transfer" button.
One-time Online Payment
Make a One-time Guest Payment Using an External Bank Account- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
- From the “Funding Account Details” drop-down, select “New Bank Account.”
- Enter your account information.
- Select the payment date.
- From the “Payment Details” drop-down, choose your payment amount.
- Select the “Continue” button.
- Review your payment details.
- Select the “Confirm” button.
- Once you see the successful payment confirmation, you can choose between the options “Make Another Payment” or “End My Session.”
Please note that you well be charged a $5.95 processing fee if you choose this payment method.- Access Landmark Online Loan Payments to make a one-time guest payment using your loan account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
